The Qatar national football team is set to face Bosnia and Herzegovina in the FIFA World Cup 2026. The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) has announced the referees appointed to oversee the match. Venezuelan referee Jesus Valenzuela will lead the match, assisted by Jorge Urrego as the first assistant referee. The match will take place at Seattle's stadium in the third round of the second group stage. Qatar's national team had previously drawn their first match against Switzerland with a goal each, before suffering a heavy defeat at the hands of Canada with a six-goal margin in the second round. Both Qatar and Bosnia and Herzegovina are seeking a positive outcome in the FIFA World Cup 2026. FIFA has also chosen Japanese referee Yosuke Araki as the fourth official for the match, with Jun Mihara serving as the reserve assistant referee.
